No they should have focused bombing on troops if they really wanted to keep making pushes into the Netherlands, which by the way only the Canadians and some British attacks Arhnem.
These small attacks into the Netherlands while bigger battles were being fought to take the German homeland would make sense if they didnt at the same time bomb the shit out of the Netherlands while hardly moving there anymore.
They focused on Germany itself and still bombed the Netherlands and caused a hunger winter because they were too stupid to listen to Dutch intel, this wasnt the only case Market Garden jumps to mind.
