When you think about it all depends on the state of the country, the people of Philippines are fed up with a country ravaged by drugs and insecurity, so the president is "allowed" to do that with the people's approval.
Try to do that in a place like Sweden or Germany, places that have currently been well and where this security has created a perfect state for the resurgence of liberalism
