Because due to the concentration of Hispanics being mostly in the southwest. Most people have experience with blacks except, regular interaction with the espanols still isnt a thing in some areas. So it's kind of a projection that less whites means more "other" people they see on a day to day basis.

Also blacks are worse on average, and hispanics mostly assimilate in how they look after a few generations. Its just a lot of little things really.

Because Hispanics are worse than Whites but still kind of okay, whereas Niggers are absolute subhuman trash.
