I have an engineering degree and I just finished a apprenticeship in carpentry (worked 1 year as a junior in a company before).

I just don't want responsibilities, I don't give a shit about money, the more money I earn, the more taxes I pay for arabs anyway. My country is going to shit, and the whole western world with it it seems, so I decided I'd live a quiet and peaceful life of manual labor in the countryside.

The thing is in France I'm not the only one in that case, it's sort of a trend, people with good grades just bail out of the job market their degree is in and start farming, doing manual labor and all.
