Why do americans get so triggered when I tell them that the whole civil rights movement was only successful because a lot of african countries were gaining their independence in the 60's and not ending segregation would push them to the soviet block, that it was all geopolitics.
Do they really think it happened becauses it was the noble, moral thing to do?

I don't know. I'm American and that makes sense. The other reason is because Jewish media promoted the Narrative and conservatives had no balls.

Yes, partly, the communist intelligence agencies sponsored american monkey movements heavy, in hopes of always maintaining an internal resistance movement, in case a full war breaks out (very likely during tha time) and the americans have to be weakened from the inside as well
