As an employer for a tech firm, why should I hire someone from the states, when I can hire people overseas who work harder because they have more incentive to earn money?

Why bother hiring people here who will just fuck you over with their stupid unions and demands when I can get chang or pajeet who will accept 80% pay and work twice as hard because they have everything to lose if they fail to get a job here?

I'm considering replacing all my newer employees with people overseas and giving them work visas, and keeping the people who have been working here longer.

I already had one asshole file for a wrongful termination lawsuit (which he didn't bother taking to court because he was a fucking liar who stole company assets), and so many of the people I've hired that are recent graduates are so lazy and demanding (90% asked for unjustified pay raises, I only gave one because he actually worked hard); what benefit do I have for hiring these people.
