How fucking awesome was the British Empire? Controlled a quarter of the worlds land mass and a fifth of it's population at it's height. If it wasn't for Churchill losing the 1945 election would we still have it?

Churchill winning the 1945 election would only have made Britain hold onto their Empire in the same shitshow fashion that the French tried to hold onto theirs. It would have failed eventually because neither France nor Britain were in a position to have an independent foreign policy following WW2, being reduced to quasi-vassal states of the US. This became apparent in the Suez Crisis.
Britain lost the last bits of their Empire as soon as they entered WW2, it only became a matter of time after that. They gave up on Canada, Australia and NZ when they signed the Statute of Westminster into law in '31.

No, it was far too gone by then. WW2 was the deciding factor. The balance of power shifted out of Europe and Britain itself had to ration food it was in such a bad state.

>If it wasn't for Churchill being a fat, bloated alcoholic, anti-British, anti-European literal Kike who bankrupted the empire by taking us to a pointless war he was bloodthirsty for, decimating Britains economy and paving the way for the mass immigration of 3rd world slime to dilute our population and destroy our culture in the process, would we have still had it?
FTFY. Yes.

This. The fact that Churchill is so revered and Mosley, who actually supported peace, is vilified is one of the greatest injustices of history.
