We need to address the chromatic elephant in the room. If technology is the main drive for civilisation and at the same time, degeneration, then technology should be outlawed. Scientific progress is a double edged sword, and just like the celebration of youth, it has led to nothing but decay. Nazis were a huge scientific breakthrough in almost every field, and then they lost, giving away (almost) every discovery they had made to the Allies.

I think a new, enhanced branch of humans would take over the central powers, like a guerilla of machines with no real life obstacles compared to "pure" humans.

I guess I was talking from their POV, it just has to happen anon. You're gonna have, in the "near future", factions of enhanced /pol/tards that could essentially break off government and start some shit up. This is from an article in Futurism.

>The Fourth Industrial Revolution has arrived. The first was the steam engine-driven Industrial Revolution; the second involved the innovations from Henry Ford’s assembly line. Third, microelectronics and computer power appeared on factory floors. Now, manufacturing businesses are beginning to integrate robotics, automation and other data-driven technologies into their workflows.
>Robots have taken over difficult, dangerous and repetitive physical tasks, improving factory safety, worker comfort and product quality. The next phase of labor innovation will do the same thing for cognitive work, removing mentally stressful and repetitive tasks from people’s daily routines.

As you type your moronic idea onto a computer and transmit it to us via the wonders of the internet and global telecommunications. Good job completely dismantling your own argument as you are writing it.

>We call this new generation of tech-augmented human workers, both on factory floors and in offices, “Operator 4.0.” There are several types of enhancements available, which can be used individually or in combination to put humans at the heart of this technological revolution.

Now imagine what we will have in 2117

Checked, but that irony just goes to show the inevitability of technology taking over. RWDS will be a real threat once enhancements are ubiquitous

Your position precludes the equally possible and likely merging of humanity and technology on a cellular/micro/nano level. People often forget that humanity is still evolving the same as all life is. The difference between us and other species is that we are gaining the power to direct our own evolutionary trajectory. It is reasonable to conclude that our evolution will eventually involve incorporating synthetic technology into our biology somehow. This, in my view, is actually a desirable outcome.

Right? I mean its good and in /pol/s perspective it would greatly benefit in terms of rogue groups.

From the future timeline website:

>Humanity is fracturing into all sorts of bizarre and surreal forms during this time, due to the genetic enhancements and cybernetic upgrades now available.
>Mind transfer is now possible almost anywhere, at any time, thanks to the miniaturisation and portability of the technology, together with the supporting infrastructure which has developed on Earth and elsewhere. The space industry routinely has people uploading to massive robots, in order to carry out large-scale engineering work. This is especially true of asteroid mining stations.

>The average citizen today is likely to spend the vast majority of their time in a virtual reality of some kind. Physical society and culture still exist – but most eschew them, in favour of the Godlike abilities they can experience online. It is very rare to meet a friend or colleague in person now. You are far more likely to encounter a form of artificial intelligence today, than you are a living, breathing human. Urban centres have become eerily deserted, with most people to be found in their homes* – or in digital libraries and entertainment venues – engaged in complex simulations that offer perfect recreations of the real world. To observers from earlier centuries, these virtual environments would appear truly dazzling in their speed and complexity, with an almost unimaginable level of detail, creativity and ingenuity.
>A trend which began during the Industrial Revolution has now reached its ultimate conclusion. Working hours had gradually declined over the centuries, thanks to a combination of technology, automation, improvements in working conditions and employee rights, changing labour demands and a shift in the cultural zeitgeist. By 2050, the average person in a developed country was employed for under 30 hours per week and this fell to 20 hours by 2100.* Working hours continued to fall in the 22nd century as machines – including life-like androids – took on ever more complex and sophisticated roles.

Absolutely agreed. Eisenhower warned about this.
