Getting put on a no-fly list isn't due process. You're not tried and convicted. You don't even get a hearing of any sort. Some government agency just puts you on the list and never notifies you. Do you really think your constitutional rights should be at the mercy of a random bureaucrat in some nameless agency you never interacted with for reasons that may have no basis in reality?
