Why are there no socialists like George Orwell anymore (economically socialist, but culturally libertarian with a fondness for traditionalism)? He would probably be appalled at how modern day socialists advocate for mass immigration from the third world and are mainly focused on criticizing the cultural legacy of the West.

Because the game has been pushed to a level where a piece like him isn't needed. Orwell wanted to stretch the definition of a healthy society, modern socialists seek the entire dissolution of the idea of a healthy society.
Think of it like this:
Orwell wants to build a new addition to his house, knowing he has to knock a wall down to do it.
Modern socialists don't want a new addition, they want a new house, and the fastest way to get to work on it is to burn the existing one down.
