ISIS gets new recruits by convincing Muslims that non-Muslims are never going to accept them. By performing attacks, they make non-Muslims less trusting of Muslims. This leads to Muslims feeling like they don't belong, which drives them into ISIS's arms.

LIberals will say that this means acceptance is the only way to stop ISIS.
