Seems more like a leftist wacko going rogue than a planned assassination of somebody important. This congressman was not really anyone that high up in either the republican party or Trump's administration. I give it a 5/10 because the fallout from this is going to be very spicy even if the shooting itself was not.

IMO it has great specificity tho. He shot congressmen of an opposing faction, at a pretty vulnerable moment. I say A for strategy, D for tactics, F for execution. Nigga was a shit shot. No lethality.
