People prefer to live there in micro apartments than going to a more regulated place without the possibility of creating wealth, or having a job?

How is it proof that it doesn't work? It's a super rich country, so much that people are willing to pay out the ass to live in it. Also it's small, so if libertarian economics were implemented in more sparsely populated country, you wouldn't have such overpriced housing (especially in the country side) if that's what gets your noggin joggin.
