What would it even be a false flag for? The election has passed. Would agree with you if you suggested the previous 2 attacks right before the election were false flags. The only conspiracy I could see here is to lower the population of labour voters in a constituency that labour narrowly won this election and was considered a safe tory seat. But it won't even matter until the next election so I fail to see how this is a false flag event.
