Im at a loss here, i mean congress could make it a law but it seem here the judicial system has pretty much tosses aside all real laws and grants of power in the name of feels. I really wonder how this could even fly given its up to the president to decide such a thing.

I really hope this just sets the grounds for a total immigration ban. We dont need more people, were like the 4th most populous nation on earth, have enough dirt poor people to worry about, and shits already getting crowded enough to where we have to rebuild infrastructure that can handle the people but don't have money to do it because of having to pay welfare to said people.
