You don't argue with liberals, you can't argue with someone who wont respect any of your view points because are "evil". There needs to be a certain amount of respect between two individuals and their respective ideologies in order to have a productive debate. Liberals have opted out of this in favor of believing that they have the moral high ground on most issues.

What I do is just ask them to really explain their positions to the point that their lunacy starts to show. When people give me some snide bullshit after I say I like Trump I ask them what he's done so far that's so bad and they usually don't have much substance.

Never argue with a leftie when there's more than just the two of you moron. They second they start losing the argument they'll resort to trying to shame you in the other person's eyes and using emotional appeals.
Never get angry or let your voice rise and don't use a belittling tone either. Use the same tone you would when engaging in small talk and present your arguments matter of factly instead of from a position of belief. Add some comfort to your redpills "I know it suck but the objective truth is etc" and only redpill them in small amounts. Lefties take a lot of comfort in the safety net their beliefs provide them and so trying to change that all at once with one big argument will only make them pull away. Of course sometimes you don't even need a bunch of smaller arguments either; a mate of mine and I were having an argument with him arguing that rich people have an unfair advantage in life and myself arguing that their parents or grandparents who made that fortune can do with their money as they please,; including passing it down their family. That was enough to break his conditioning and 6 months on he went right wing. Lots of lefties are reinforced in their beliefs by their desire to fit in and not be a social pariah so if you can separate them from people when you argue it forces them to actually engage their brain and confront your arguments instead of hiding in the comfort of a group.
But ultimately the most important thing you can do is to be fun. There's no point arguing with your friends, losing them and solidifying their beliefs when you can maintain the friendship and, if not redpill them, at least keep them from going too far down the leftie rabbit hole.

The people i work with are all Liberals. Some of them are just stupid and simple. Others are actually awful people. My HR guy is active ANTIFA. I won money on the 2016 election and it permanently burned bridges with some of them. One of them gets unhinged when anything political comes up when im around him.

I have a few friends who are into vidya there and are decent people. My counterpart is pretty chill and hates the government and jews.

I avoid all political discussion op, its the only way to keep things civil. Liberals go insane at this point.

You need to understand, they have lost everything in the 2016 election, all they have to show is the popular vote that trump didn't get it. They didn't even win the primaries, thats how bad it was. A neocon won the democratic primaries...

The safest way is to just ask difficult questions, based on reality:

"If Democratic Party policies are best for the poor, why are cities filled with the worst poverty after 50-80 years of 100% Democratic Party control?"

"We've vastly increased education spending over the last 40 years, but test scores are flat. Why do you think spending even more will fix this? Perhaps we are spending too much on administration, and that money needs to be redirected to the classroom?"
