>Ex-FBI Director James Comey has privately told members of Congress that he had a frosty exchange with Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch last year when he confronted her about possible political interference in the Hillary Clinton email investigation after showing Lynch a sensitive document she was unaware the FBI possessed
>Comey told lawmakers in the close door session that he raised his concern with the attorney general that she had created a conflict of interest by meeting with Clinton’s husband, the former President Bill Clinton, on an airport tarmac while the investigation was ongoing.
>During the conversation, Comey told lawmakers he confronted Lynch with a highly sensitive piece of evidence, a communication between two political figures that suggested Lynch had agreed to put the kibosh on any prosecution of Clinton.
>Comey said “the attorney general looked at the document then looked up with a steely silence that lasted for some time, then asked him if he had any other business with her and if not that he should leave her office,” said one source who was briefed.
>Sources say Comey told lawmakers that he also raised his concern with the attorney general that she had created a conflict of interest by meeting with Clinton’s husband, the former President Bill Clinton, on an airport tarmac while the investigation was ongoing.
>During his testimony Thursday, Comey briefly alluded to the second troubling encounter with Lynch but insisted he could only talk about it in classified sessions. The reason, sources said, is the investigative tactic that the FBI used to obtain and validate the communication he confronted Lynch with was extremely sensitive.
>The sources also said that Comey’s testimony in private conflicted with recent reports in the news media suggesting the FBI had intercepted an email between Congresswoman Debbie
Wasserman Schultz
>“Comey’s account to Congress does not sync with those media reports,” one source said, declining to be more specific.

In regards to Comey talking about Lynch, Lynch used language that aligned with the Clinton campaign and gave off the impression that she was creating a conflict of interest (i.e. she should have recused herself which she never did or was in obstruction of justice territory).

Comey probably never told anyone about it until now since he was likely to use it as ammo in case Clinton won and fired him (which would have 100% happened).

A Clinton operative said that Bill got into that plane with two folders.

In his right hand, he had continuing employment and benefits for Loretta to let Hillary go free.

In his left hand, he had dossiers on top level AG employees, including Lynch, that would be released to the media and ruin all of them.

Classic carrot and stick approach, and it worked.

It never got to her underlings, as Comey assumed the role of AG illegally and made the call that there would not be a prosecution. Comey has been crooked with the Clintons in the past (see the HSBC stuff), but he may have had a crisis of conscience and turned at some point. He used to be a literal religious scholar and is apparently Catholic. I could see it. Very Faustian. Sold his soul, tried to get it back, maybe seeking redemption of some kind. I would like it if this were true.

Graham throws Comey under the bus

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTIaQ-fuAJc [Embed]

Here's a quick rundown

- Debbie sends email to Soros group saying DOJ won't let Clinton investigation go too far.
- Comey had shown this email to Congress as an explanation for not letting the case go to DOJ
- This is why Gowdy said in an email to Martha that the DOJ was compromised.

- CNN/WaPo are now saying that email from Debbie to Soros was fake and planted by Russians. And Comey didn't let the case go to DOJ because he did not want to tip off the Russians he was in on their fake email. (WTF??)

- Graham is saying bullshit, Comey never told us that this was a fake document.

I don't really know how to organize this so I apologize up front if there's any confusion. I think the next step is to create some sort of timeline to see how all these stories and events fit together.

We all know about the secret Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting. A lot of people have had a sneaking suspicion that this was proof of some type of collusion between the Clintons and the Attorney General at the time, Loretta Lynch. This suspicion was validated in April, when the New York Times reported that the FBI had found a document written by a Democratic operative which showed that Lynch would keep the Clinton investigation from going too far. This was proof of some type of collusion between Lynch and the Clintons.

>The document, which has been described as both a memo and an email, was written by a Democratic operative who expressed confidence that Ms. Lynch would keep the Clinton investigation from going too far, according to several former officials familiar with the document.

This theory was even further validated in a Fox interview with Trey Gowdy in which he states that history was going to be much nicer to Comey than the Democrats were at the time of his July press conference. The important part you need to focus on comes at the end when the reporter states "I only take away from that that you’re suggesting that there were more entanglements between the Clintons and perhaps the Justice Department than everyone understands" to which Gowdy responds "You’re very perceptive." Gowdy basically admits that these entanglements exist.

2/2

Fast forward about a month later and in May several "news" outlets such as The Washington Post and CNN report that Comey had acted on false Russian intelligence in relation to the Clinton email investigation. The basic gist of the story was that Comey had received a document that showed that Lynch was going to stop the Clinton investigation from going too far. Sounds familiar? Yes, the document which showed evidence of collusion between Lynch and the Clintons which was reported by the New York Times was a fake all along, according to CNN and The Washington Post. Many people on here, including myself, immediately saw these two stories exactly for what they were, fake news. This was just preparation for future incriminating news they knew was going to come out.

Today Circa released a story which states that Comey confronted Lynch about this document when it was first discovered. As you might have guessed it, Lynch was not happy and basically kicked Comey out of her office. The important part comes near the end of the article, according to sources Comey's private testimony contradicted these WaPo and CNN stories.

>The sources also said that Comey’s testimony in private conflicted with recent reports in the news media suggesting the FBI had intercepted an email between Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who at the time was the Democratic Party chairwoman, and a third party. Those media reports suggested that the information about the email was more than likely fake and a ruse possibly planted by the Russians.

So, in summary:

- FBI found document proving collusion between Lynch and the Clintons.

- Gowdy all but confirmed entanglements between Lynch and the Clintons.

- The Washington Post and CNN reported that this document was fake and that the Russians were responsible.

- Comey's private testimony contradicts these stories.

Lynch is fucked.

Who takes the fall? Bill was surely in on it based on the meeting on the tarmac, and the campaign went with similar wording that Lynch ordered Comey to use for the investigation, which points to Hillary also being in on it. None of them can say it was just one big coincidence, and if one goes down you can bet your ass that they'll spill what they know.

So was Comey planning on blackmailing the fuck out of the Clinton administration throughout the rest of his term? Would we have been seeing all these style of leaks and shit shows like we have with Trump? Or, I suppose as much as the media would allow, covering Hillary's ass.

Fuck Comey, this guy had a chance to end Hillary himself and silence the media and dems all along.

It seems that the only reason his 10-year-term was extended under Obama was because he played ball just like Holder, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Power et al and used the weaponized warrantless surveillance programs like they all did.

During his extra time in his position, he clearly trained Comey how to maintain the facade of running a bureau with integrity while at the same time keeping the gears of the deep state - Clinton - globalist machine well greased

B) Comey's unique experiences in his job and with Trump makes him a prime candidate for information pumping. Mueller himself can decide to what degree Comey's testimonies (or memos, etc) are credible.

Trump can disband the entire investigation if he wanted tonight. I mean it's not like it will change anything. Even if the investigation comes back with nothing Dems will not give up the Russia narrative, they'll just got back to to blaming them for interfering with the election (without the Trump team colluding) narrative and that 1 can never be disproved. They will absolutely never accept that Russia didn't hack Podesta or the DNC.

Also with this investigation it's guaranteed to throw someone on the Trump team under the bus. Someone is going to get hit with perjury or some bullshit charge because that's what these high powered lawyers are getting paid to do. So in the end they'll find 1 line where someone sorta/kinda fucked up and said the wrong thing. When that happens the Russia/Trump team collusion will never go away, even if it's a simple perjury (think back to Martha Stewart, charged with insider trading and ends up going to jail for simple perjury charge). It's what these bloodsuckers are only good for.

>So in the end they'll find 1 line where someone sorta/kinda fucked up and said the wrong thing.
If that's really all that it is, sure, you'd have die-hards still hanging on, and maybe the "cloud" will never fully dissipate, but I don't think it can keep dominating national conversation if the FBI, with Mueller having clear bipartisan trust, digging as deep as they can, and still coming up short.

1 Trump associate being convicted is all they need (even if it's a perjury charge), you can't deny that. I'd bet everything I have that the DNC already has that talking point on file and ready to be disseminated to every MSM outlet they have under their thumb. "See, we told you they were colluding! He lied, how much else were they hiding and not caught on!"

Absolutely every narrative being pushed now is an intentionally vague accusation used to gaslight their conspiracy theories. A failed attempt at spearphishing a company that writes the code for vote machines, that even if it had been successful would've been too late to work during this election, is labeled as definitive proof Russia hacked the election. And hell they can't even prove it was Russia outside of looking at a damn IP.

We'll be inundated with vague accusations nonstop if any Trump associates get caught up in this investigation.

>>
>>129659112
>I'd bet everything I have that the DNC already has that talking point on file
Almost certainly, yes. Though that's the way these things go. Talking points get planned months in advance.
But what weight does it hold when darker and more sinister accusations were constantly leveled? It lands with a dull thud in public discourse. "That's it?"
>Absolutely every narrative being pushed now is an intentionally vague accusation used to gaslight their conspiracy theories.
The reason why these arguments have currency is because nobody sat down, with backing on both sides of the aisle, and said "No".
If there's nothing there, they'll keep whining, sure. But the GOP can wave the FBI's conclusion in their faces and flip them the bird.
Honestly, an actual, credible investigation is the best thing for Trump, assuming he's even reasonably clean. This story isn't going away until an investigation drives a knife through the heart.
>We'll be inundated with vague accusations nonstop
Yes. But they will have less currency if the FBI, a trusted government institution, shits on them. You can't convince crazies, but you can get the quasi-reasonable majority.

This just takes Comey's testimony of what Lynch told him to do with the Hillary investigation and replaces Trump's name with Lynch.
>>
>>129664403
I meant it replaces Lynch's name with Trump's.
>>
>>129658761
Don't ever trust DiFi. EVER. If she's saying, look under the table or behind your back. She's been a Clinton water carrier from her first day in office. She was a shitty, corrupt mayor of SF, and continued her tradition of shit in national office.

Fuck Diane, she belongs in jail with the rest of them. They want a special prosecutor so the story isn't in the headlines every day, they did the same thing with the Whitewater investigation - allow the special investigator to take over, then it's "we can talk about an active investigation". They took Bill's scandals off the headlines for months that way.

Never trust a politician - especially one named Feinstein. That wretched cunt has been ripping off the taxpayers and doing Clinton dirty work for years.

I wonder how wretched McCain will be tomorrow?

>Comey is going to end up proving both that Trump colluded with Russia AND Hillary stopped investigations into herself

Lmao, US imploding like Rome. Will Baron be our Caesar?
>>
>>129659634
No.

Comey is trying to stay out of jail.

Feinstein is playing games. She's been picked to voice a call for an investigator, to get the talk about Lynch - and Obama by proxy, off the headlines, locked up in an investigation, that could takes years to do anything. Especially if they get one of theirs nominated to do the investigation.

This is about getting Lynch off the headlines, because she leads right to Obama.

If ANY deals are cut, they will be done by the Obama crew, who will throw Hillary under the bus, to stay out of jail. Bill will die of natural causes before any indictments for his visit on that plane get issued, he looks like walking death now. Lynch will testify that Bill tried to influence her, but she refused, and didn't report it because she was afraid of him and the people around him, or that they had dirt on her she didn't want out.

Who was Comey supposed to go to in this situation? I mean, he should've gone to someone, but what do you do? Can the FBI arrest Loretta in this situation? How the fuck is that not at least an ongoing investigation right there? Is it?

this was done a long time ago, they would replace it with trump so when a media picks it up, jokes on them that it implicates an enemy of trump instead of trump itself.

see if a media picks up that fake screenshot, they will spread it like wildfire only to find out that it was lynch being lynced and not trump bieng stumped.

Why can't Trump end the Muller investigation after Comey's testimony putting an end the Russia fiction?

Appears Comey was used as Loretta's puppet. He was told to back off and he did so. Who in the hell with a straight face can say an attorney and govt lifer like Clinton didn't intend to circumvent the records laws. An email domain that Obama's team whitelisted and then lied claiming he found out in the media. Rotten people, all of them.

I agree. Trump needs to go scorched earth
>>
>>129665196
Appearances. The Dems and the media would pop blood vessels and go after Trump harder, if they did that. They want blood for Hillary losing, it's obvious, they're going to try and force him out or find dirt on him, no matter what it costs.

Trump upset a HUGE fucking apple cart winning, and billions, if not trillions of dollars in deals under Hillary evaporated in an instant. Both side of the aisle had fingers in the pot, ready for Hillary.

But, as fucked as it is, I'd rather have this timeline, than the one where that shriveled, black hearted cunt won.

We're not disagreeing much. Hillary absolutely is damaged goods and will be sacrificed. She offers the Deep State less than nothing. They're going into containment mode, no doubt.

Comey is angling for a deal (and I bet he gets one) because he knows the winds have changed. He volunteered that info about Loretta Lynch. Frmr AG Lynch prob goes down too...I think she'll be that containment shut off valve for the Obama Admin.

I actually wonder how much was invested into not just Hillary's campaign, not just the campaign itself but but all the backroom deals and shady shit.
>campaign was 2 billion
>soros bets 1 billion and gave her several million
>millions and millions in "donations"
>however many millions MSM is being paid
>however much money is being paid to corrupt lesser know names that are helping pull the strings
>promises to those corrupt people
>CTR was running on 13 million, assuming more since it still exists as shareblue.
Honestly I'd bet it was in the 3-5 billion range

That's a good ROI.
>>
>>129666807
Same group? LOL. Were you in a coma when he and Hillary went at each other's throats for the Dem nomination? Word is the whole birther thing was from HER camp.

They had a cease fire with her at the State Department (because of Clinton Foundation connections and money), but they're not friends, don't like each other, and rarely talk about each other. They each have appointees and water carriers in important positions.

If it gets serious enough, they'll go at each other's throats again. Which I'm hoping happens.

While both parties make up "the elites" it feels like the leftists are the ones orchestrating things, taking the initiative, and grabbing more traditional people and the GOP by the existential balls.

That part about "even if the military realized what the elites were doing they couldn't act" was worrying. The stage has been set in geopolitics that Russia/China are the socially accepted targets of aggression. Any coordinated attempts to stop the social engineering in our own country would be seen as treason in the face of an existential threat.

Are traditionalists/constitutionalists/etc. huddling at our last defensible position? Is Trump the last gasping breath of a dying culture? Are the traitorous communist hordes bashing the gates in with critical theory, institutional controls, and the sheer mass of indoctrinated generations? Are the spiritual necromancers of the left raising fallen members of our army to fight for them? The family unit as a concept is dead or dying, the social classes are stratifying, real-world economic output is plateauing, and the foreign wolves are circling around...hoping to end this elderly American empire and claim it's share of treasure.

Sure we got Trump, but he's one man who could just as easily wake up one day and accept his place as an elite and leave us to burn. Congress hasn't done jack shit since inauguration. I see a glimmer of hope in maybe an article V convention to limit the federal leviathan, but even that would only bide time. I don't see a strategic counter to this menace.

Is there a plan? Is there an escape route? Civil War 2 destroys the country, nuclear war destroys the country, acquiescence destroys everything but the name of this country. Fighting back politically is the only feasible option, but people are mostly sedated and unwilling to forego a protracted campaign.

As I get older I've moved from thinking about having kids to wallowing in the existential trade-off: either
>1) Have kids, put my efforts and resources into giving them good educations/lives outside the leftist system, but abandon any major offensives...or
>2) Forego wife/children altogether to use my resources/energy/time to reinforce the line of freedom and at least make a final gesture of resistance so that future generations may live in some semblance of decent lives.

I'll be damned before I let those (((sons of bitches))) take my cherished children and turn them into mindless SJWs to destroy the last glimmer of freedom they posess. It leaves me with only those 2 choices, as I see things.

I've been on 4chan since 2008 and stayed because beneath the dank memes, shitposting, and schizophrenic personalities it's become the last bastion of what a free and genuine population looks like in this world. I believe we can go anywhere and that nothing is outside our reach... but I worry about our ability to carry the day in the long term in the real world.

Lifespan of an empire is ~250 years. Some shorter, some longer.

America is 241.

This current crisis is the collapse and recreation of the empire. If Trump wins, we move through a brief interregnum of chaos and then we make america great again. If trump loses, America as we know it is gone. Civil war, nuclear war, completely locked down commie hell hole; take your pick.

I agree, but the current momentum doesn't bode well I feel. We should be making sweeping legislative changes, but we're too busy bitch slapping across the aisle on petty gossip.

I know Trump is resisting the swamp, but he's in his 70s and has little political infrastructure behind him, which is one reason we see all these leaks. His kids are elitist as fuck and I feel like he's the only one (maybe Pence) who has any fight in them for the task that we sent him to accomplish.
>>
>>129669783
The only way we're getting sweeping legislative changes is two rounds of congressional and Senate races, and replacing the Republican braintrust of McCain, Cruz, and the rest, and a second Trump term.

Without that, we're looking at 4 years of a do-nothing congress who's only looking at their next election, and not getting attached to something that could be seen as negative. They're cowards, the GOP has been led by cowards since the failed "Contract With America".

Never give in /pol/, even if it seems hopeless. Think of the London blitz.
>Hitler BTFOs Britain with bombing raids every day for months.
>the RAF is dwindled to near nothing, the remaining pilots can barley stay awake because they have to be out nearly 24/7

So we're likely to see 4 years of relative apathy in congress up front, huh. But that doesn't bode well for midterms or presidential elections from a momentum standpoint, hard to justify re-election when you haven't done jack shit.

>Bill Clinton appointed Ms. Lynch to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York in 1999, jump-starting her career with the White House. It isn’t a well-known fact Loretta Lynch was a litigation partner for eight years at a Washington law firm that served the Clintons. Loretta Lynch was with the international law firm Hogan & Hartson LLP from March of 2002 to April of 2010.

Yeah, she's Clinton creature through and through and through, but if Team Obama can keep her out of jail, she'll go with them without a thought.
Obvious hire for Obama - she's known pay to play, and would be willing to do nothing while in office. Worst AG we've ever had, except possibly Holder or the one in charge during Waco.

The Clintons only hire the dirtiest, most corrupt people. Or they pressure people into corruption, under threat of being added to the List.
