We're saying that on average, whites are more intelligent and empathetic than nonwhites, this has been shown in countless studies, and is proven by centuries of history. I don't judge individuals by their race, but it's foolhardy to ignore statistics, and if whites continue to do so, soon they'll be a footnote in history.

It wont be easy. Theres roughly 50 years of conditioning you have to rework, and you can't start with the traditional means of indoctrination. You'll have to introduce the concept very gradually, then make a scenario/problem seem severe enough that the proposed concept is accepted almost without question as a solution to this problem and future problems.
