Ancap doesn't exist. The intelligent ancapis read Hoppe and basically came to the conclusion that ideal solution is contract communities where you voluntarily submit to a leader (monarch) who runs shit the way you like it. So ultimately, its definately not anarchic, and capitalist is a term that is bandied about too much.
