No you fucking german, grain size is only slightly important for different calibers. Mainly between shotgun and rifle/pistol powders. You can accomplish a consistent grain size using a few sieves. And you can measure the grain weight for the bullets using cheap drug dealer weight scales, and no one is going to outlaw those because that would oppress the minorities.
