UKIP are a complete shambles since Nige left. They've vaguely pivoted to the "moderate centre" on a lot of social issues. They've also been acting like complete clowns for the last 12 months (literal fist-fights, constant stream of leaders resigning after a few weeks, etc).

The Conservative Party are also a joke. They've also pivoted to the "middle ground" on a lot of issues (particularly Islam and immigration).

UKIP are definitely dead as a party. They've pissed away all credibility in the last few months. But there is definitely a very strong demand for a real right wing conservative party in British politics. UKIP needs to rename and rebrand, or disband and reform (possibly with Nigel as the leader again).

As far as I am concerned the government is not upholding its end of the social contract. I think we need to sort out the problem or relax gun control so people can protect themselves.

There is a voting block out there of socially conservative southerners who can't take any more immigration, and the economically left leaning, socially conservative, northern working class. Combine Corbyn's anti-austerity economic policies and pledge to put net migration in the minus zone and you could pick up a lot of votes. This is the sort of zone the DUP are in, socially right, economically left. We need a national socialist party.
