No president in US history has been removed by impeachment

Nixon voluntarily stepped down and Clinton got off scot free. If there really was a smoking gun it would've been used months ago. Comey pretty much said Russia didn't change any votes or meddle with the voting machine. if anything his statements are more harming to Hillary and Lynch

Trump won't get impeached. Comey himself called him more stupid than criminal, and Mueller will clear his name with the "unethical but not illegal" card. Trump's salvation is that he never recorded anything and always only implied, and did not direct. Nixon was too much of a micromanager in this regard.

Look beyond the politics. This whole thing is a power play for the NSA, hence why all the intelligence chiefs kept their mouths shut during their Senate testimonies, much to the chagrin of the Senators asking them questions (look up today's Charlie Rose interview of Manchin for more on this). Trump has promised them at least $54 billion in more yearly funding, they're not going to blow their chance.

At the end of this Trump will pull a 180, claim to be a victim of Russia, then demand Congress give the NSA and friends broader powers. Congress, who has already bitten into the hysteria, will be forced to eat it. End result is a bigger and more powerful police state. And when liberals realize this, the anal rupturing will be unlike anything we have witnessed before.
