'pimp websites' such as tinder are actually the most natural form of human partner selection. These women are not being 'made' to do anything, they freely choose to do so.

I think one difference now is that people who are married/in long term relationships or at least bang loads of puss, don't have as many kids. Back in the day, most couples would have more children than they do now, which would cover for the incel males etc. There are obviously societal problems at the moment though.

The problem really revolves around poor parenting practices, in fact it goes hand in hand with the millennial problem. Overbearing and overprotective parents result in both outcomes because the emotional growth of the child is stunted during crucial times of development.
