Sure you could argue the psycho is not a dog because he is a genius but many would agree he is at the level of an animal (maybe not a dog because most humans like dogs) because he is acting on basic animalistic insticts (killing people for pleasure).

Same sort of things with jews. They are smart/clever but have no self awareness which is why they put anti white anti racist hashtags in the same line as if they do not contradict each other. They also push all sorts of degenerate shit just for the sake of it. and they are very tribal, harming society as whole for the sake of their group. always doing what they think is best for jews but telling everyone else (or just white people) to stop giving preference to their own race.
