Should we go back to Republicans being blue and Democrats being the Red communists?
Wrong electoral map. Tonight's all about us, and we have it like that already.

As it should be, but your left is about as left as our rightwing

No hope for you...your going to live in a socialist dystopia

Yes. Red is for commies.
Red being the Republican color is a media trick from 2000.
I was really sad to see Republicans fall for that. Little old ladies in Red Hats, meanwhile the Dems stole Based Blue. Fucking media, I'm glad the Skull and Bones knocked off Tim Russert, now.

Absolutely, yes. This is the perfect kind of issue for an Executive Order.

ABC didn't like the clear corollary between the left as it was trending more radical and the color red, and so changed it in the following election. It was only by "coincidence" that all of the news industry followed THAT revised pattern, and not the one ABC had originally gone with. But what can you do? Pick nine of ten Republicans out of a crowd, and they'll be proud to tell you how "red" their voting record is.
Then again, many of these same useful idiots will go on to say how important it is that the GOP pass their version of socialized heathcare, to get the issue off the table. So who's to say the red corollary is wrong?
Someone redpill me on when/how this happened? Or should I say bluepill?
Seriously, do we have the colors wrong?
>>129090483
Red is a strong, powerful color. Blue is a weak, boring, cold color. Republicans aren't exactly redpilled, but Democrats are totally bluepilled

The modern red/blue thing was just a happenstance of some network using it on its election maps. The notion of party colours is very recent in the US, unlike eg the UK and Canada where it goes way way back.

Makes more sense

Conservatives are blue and Liberals are red in Canada. So, since we're usually right up here, maybe you're right to switch back.
fits with the redpill, I dont mind

In almost every country, blue is conservative and red is the color of change. In America, it was a choice based on tv networks putting "Red for Reagan".
The origin of red/blue political colors is French, I think, but I'm not sure. Blue was a traditional/conservative French color and red was the color of revolution and change.
It would give depressed liberals a jolt of optimism for a few seconds before they understand the swap. Could be good for a laugh. Not a one of them will grow up to be mentally healthy after these daily political floggings.
