now your getting it leaf. that's right, it would be legal because potus can declassify info. he wouldn't have done it, but if he wanted to, he could have. that's what happens when something's declassified, it becomes legal to disseminate. that's why comey didn't classify his notes, so he could disseminate them to the press without legal repercussions.
