Tough one. You don't live with 100% of the people, even in a 10% white country, you could settle in a gated white community and never interact with niggers if you can afford it.

A 90% country sounds nice but isn't white enough, 10% is a lot of minorities. I might consider living in a 99.99% white commie country but only if it was about to collapse and I was somehow in a position to benefit from the transition.

In USSR we had registration institute (propiska). Basically you can't move to other place if you don't get job there. So all muslims stayed in their sunny churkastans. No need to move to Moscow comrade, stay home collecting cotton. Very nice.
