If he really had an oral abscess that hurts as bad as it claimed it did, he would have a fever and would not be able to move his mouth jabbering like he was. Even then, they would first incise and drain the abscess, give him some antibiotics, and would most likely give him some NSAIDs, maybe a shot of morphine if it was really bad.

I think this moron did not know what the word "triage" meant. Triage means that any person who is having a heart attack, stroke, trauma, or any of a long list of life threatening conditions gets seen first. Then the people who are genuinely sick but are not going to die right now.
