Islam doesn't really fall under Nazism nor fascism, Muslims aren't a race, they're a religion, so they can't be preaching about being superior racially, and they're not fascist either, because they preach total obedience to Allah, not to the state.

Well no, but muslims aren't "loyal" to Imams necessarily. They might respect them and listen to them, but they don't hold the same hierarchal weight that someone like the Pope has over Catholics, for example.

I think you're thinking of the Bible, the Koran has clear instructions for genocide written all over in it.
Besides, look at their main role models. Christians worship a peaceful self-sacrificing sinless and forgiving Jesus, while Muslims worship a pedophile warlord who beat and raped his child wife and spread his religion with the sword.
