There is so much wrong with this statement I don't know where to begin.

The travel ban is an executive determination and action. It is not a bill.
Statute explicitly empowers the President to do this. (8USC1182)

The decision going before the court is ultimately the interpretation of that statute. I can read it. You can read it. Obviously some Federal judge is incapable of reading. So the Supreme Court will reverse the lower court and that will be that. Any alternative is ultimately destructive to Court itself; let alone Constitutional government.

The whole thing is an infuriating political farce. So if you'd kindly butt out of it with your miscomprehension, that'd be great.
