Like 2 out of 3 trucks on the road are being driven by guys like that. Russians, turks, mexicans. The number of times I pulled over truckers who didnt even meet the basic qualifications for regular licensing let alone commercial operation was fucking disturbing. If you got a pulse and can stand vertical the cargo companies will rubber stamp a CDL for you and toss you out on the road at 85 mph for 16 hours a day.

Only explanation for why there arent more semi truck related fatalities is because most people are scared enough of em to keep their distance on the road.
