I live in Seattle. I'm not finding anything below 350k unless I move to Central WA.

Let's see... live with my mummy rent free in her two story 2500 sq ft home while she serves me tendies and allows me to indulge in the neet life or... move into a tiny trailer with no AC, that probably needs a bunch of work done to fix it up that I don't know how to do AND have to find a job to support myself on my own.
