In the old days, a nationality was effectively a race. You could look at a face from one region and tell it was from that region without being told outright. It still is that way in some places, but that's going away now.

"AMERICAN" just means "MONGREL" in this regard. Furthermore, because of the implied racial make-up of the old European nationalities, and the known make-up of things like "Cherokee" you can know certain things about your genetic health by keeping track of these things.

Americans have a very small sense of cultural self because they're a relatively new country populated mongrels and/or rape babies.

They latch onto their many ancestral roots interchangeably as and when it suits them to try and feel a connection with related events and people to fill the hole of lacking a long and storied cultural identity. They want to belong so badly, they'll dredge anything up.

I'm a dual citizen of the UK and Ireland and I've never referred to myself as anything other than English. When I lived in the US I was constantly bombarded with wank about their direct descent from Gaelic kings, through their great-great-great grandad who came over from County Cork, or their English ancestor who was here since before the revolutionary war.

White Americans are just as bad, if not worse than the blacks about WE WUZ something.
