The reason you should learn english is because the Poles themselves have no purchasing power - however they could still get educated and provide good quality professional services much cheaper than the rest of Europe (IT, accounting, marketing etc.). But if they can't communicate with other Europeans, they're doomed to only provide services to other Poles who earn less than 1/10 of what I do.
