Alright, lets unpack some logic here. So to stop racist ranting, he's going to go on a racist rant about racist ranting.

The target of the racist ranting he's complaining about is a religion, which doesn't have a race, so either he thinks all Muslims are the same race, which is bigoted or he thinks you can be racist against a religion, which is stupid.

He thinks racist ranting fuels terrorism, but doesn't think his racist rant will fuel right wing death squads for some reason. Either he hopes it will, and it eternally frustrated that it never seems to, or he doesn't see any danger in racist ranting to a particular group of people for some reason. The only two explanations there are that he doesn't actually believe that racist ranting causes extremism, or that he believes muslims are so weak that they will be unduly influenced to violence in a way that he's not concerned with whites nazis being.
