I pretty much agree, even though I'm not a fan of his. His approach to philosophy (philosophy in general, not just the strains he criticizes/embraces) is awfully pick&choose-y, but he still is an admirably sharp rhetorician.

The best move is to invest in ourselves and the project we wish to create.

I think the greatest problem is the fractured nature of these things. You need to bring community together (maybe this guy does that abit) but "the left" (that is not a real thing, any thing/word can be used as a tool, what are the outcomes?
