It is very likely that this map uses the Global Terrorism Database as a source, likely from 2001 to 2014, and there is no reason to doubt its accuracy.

The two dots in Iceland are the two terrorist attacks in Akureyri and Reykjavik in 2012 and 2014.

The dot in Portugal represents a terrorist attack in Lisbon in 2011. Note that this was not an Islamic attack, but an Anarchist attack.

We can assume that the map shows attacks after 2001, because before then, there are recorded terrorist attacks in Poland. This is the earliest occurance of the map that I could find, which mentions 2001.

We can also assume that the map is from before 2015, as the high number of attacks in Finland are not included.

A similar map can be seen here which visualizes the GTD data from 2011 to 2014.

The GTD also provides their own map, but it's for a 40 year span. Still, it shows a similar tendency as the map from the OP.

Quality of the map

Note that the map from the OP displays attacks as dots, which is a poor representation for what the map wants to express.

In countries in which terrorist attacks are concentrated on a specific location, it makes it appear as if there was less terrorism than there actually was, and for countries were terrorist attacks are spread out, it leads to the opposite effect.

The heatmap from the GTD linked above better visualizes the concentration of terrorist attacks.

At this point, saying Poland sucks and going abroad for money is just a meme. Yes, many people left to have easier money by while the simplest jobs. They go to a factory and stand on a line for 8 hours. But they are happy because you earn much more money there than in Poland.
The minimal salary used to be around 1300 zł; a regular flat for a family cost was about 1000 zł where I live and much higher in bigger cities. People were leaving in slowly, first the father, then the mother with a child, then the other, older son. Eventually, you saw whole families out. Who cares if they were washing dishes in a restaurant for a living - they could afford to buy a new tv, go out every weekend and afford simple things like shoes or clothes way more often than in Poland.

However, that changed and now I see no reason to leave. You can easily make a decent amount of money and do all the above things, without leaving your families, friends and homeland. The problem is with the youth. They just keep memeing that Poland is bad and there are no jobs. Whenever I hear that I get angry. People have this mindset, that once you finish college/university you are bound to do the job in your field forever. So when they finish their dumb 'administration' studies, of course there is no work directly connected.
What would a sane person do? Try something else, educate yourself, go and get experience in some other job, even if they don't pay you lots of money straight away so that you can learn some craft. What do they do instead? They cry that there is no job and they're going to leave.

Hell, I finished English Philology and around the second half of my studies I realised that was a bad choice, as basically the only thing I would be able to do was to be an English teacher. And I knew no school around needed teachers. So I started doing things voluntarily in my free time. I also went back to my hobbies of doing websites (which I learned myself) and playing with photoshop. I graduated and I had job offers thrown at me, while my friends who only attended lectures and got nice marks were crying "no job in poland". I decided to start my own business. With my friend, I ran a creative/advertising agency for 3 years and also ran a second business, a private English school. Worked my ass off, literally 24 hours a day all by myself. For 3 years we couldn't find anyone to hire. People were either too dumb or wanted too much money while having 0 experience. I gave up. I changed the field again and now I work as an android/java developer, make loads of money and work 8 hours a day.

All my friends who decided to have their own business of all sorts, agree and have the same problem - they can't find a competent worker. They can't even find people without experience, willing to work. And this is the issue - there is a shitload of work in here, but people don't want to take it. They don't want to work, they want to have everything NOW. They lack humbleness and assiduity.

Poland is a great place for slightly right winged people, who understand that in order to have things, you have to work for them.
