I am not one of the creators but I am one of the participants and I think one of the people who may shed some insight into it. Though I come from a scientific background and less of this whole uvropa thing.

But the ironpill at least tries to teach some actualization and self pride to the whites. But also tries to fix the biological base, of hormones who are now broken.

The generational testosterone has gone way done. Men lose chest hair, become more depressed, more weak. Partly because they eat like shit, sugary things that increase fat (and estrogen) and also because they dont use their muscles much anymore (which release testosterone if you activate them). This happens because people dont go outside anymore, glued to phones, tablets, smartphones, computers. Instead of climbing in trees, doing stupid kids stuff outside like the past generations did.

Through these comical forms of white identity it at least tries to teach some of these biological standards for the body. Which is great. Its part of the culture of this board I guess, that of continuous self improvement. Though in a different realm (which still is extremely important)

If one wants to, one could also take the scientific route to maximize the biological base, tho it is a bit more boring than the comics.

I was actually on that path separate from the Ironpill since I love lifting and have started to incorporate cooking, better diet, and supplements into my lifestyle to raise my T. I'm curious about the Evropa shit though. As much as the 56% meme is real, I'm not a Carlos, I'm more of a cross between German, Italian, and Polish so the Evropa aspect appeals to me more than other Americans.

I used to dress as a knight for carnival myself, and I think it's people like that, people that have imagination of some sorts and can easily escape into their minds that eventually get onto iron pill, because we simply can't take how painfull modern world goes against the principles and core values of our childhood heroes.
