I found Mein Kampf rather interesting. His insight with respect to the scope of social, economic, and political problems in Germany was pretty stellar but his conclusions and solutions weren't necessarily.

One more point, I would say 90% of people who read the Communist Manifesto just pretend to understand it, you need a good historical and philosophical understanding of those times to even begin to follow Marx's thoughts.
