Segregation. Blacks in all black schools not competing against whites, it just discourages them because they are dumb. They end up creating a sub culture to compensate and inflate their egos. We are not smart, but we are way "cooler". Then their futures have no outlook and they turn to criminality.

The system needs to be tiered better like a caste system so peoples egos can be fed for achievement even when they are dumb or they will create their own way to convince themselves of their self worth. Like toughness, fashion, rap, sports and other stupid shit.

Body cams, or google glass. I feel like when I was a kid the streets were more dangerous because there was less fear of getting caught.

Live streaming with google glass at all times would mean whatever happens is captured, then when biometric identification improves, you can identify people just by their size, walk, bodyshape, voice, retina(way in future) etc.

This is probably only 10-15 years away.
