I have a hard time believing many of the African countries will improve without widespread genetic engineering, which won't happen any time soon. Just think about the dumbest white person you've ever met. Then imagine a continent where half of them are dumber and more violent than that person. Africa cannot be salvaged without white rule.

They can't maintain an industrial civilization.

Whites built a whole new world for them and raised them above living in mud huts and fighting with spears. As soon as the white man left the whole thing went to shit. They can't maintain infrastructure, they can't have any kind of political stability, they can't even feed themselves

And white people going in and giving them tons of aid isn't helping. Now the population is exploding and they'll just keep moving north. No amount of helping them will make any difference.
