Hey Chicagoan here. A lot of you have said the same things so I won't reply to anyone directly but things I've heard;

This is pretty much already true. Guns are incredibly illegal within city limits. (One cannot leave the house with a handgun or travel with one technically, no assault weapons, ten round mag limit, etc etc.) Yet somehow they get military hardware and "choppahs" and shit and pretty much only shoot each other. (Guns probably come from outside of cook county, the rest of Illinois has pretty reasonable gun laws.) So yea that's already how it is. But they can't shoot straight so little shaniqua gets blown away instead of uncle tyrone most of the time.

Someone else suggested flooding the city with crack and heroin. Its already too late for that chi is the heroin capital of the country. I think at some point in the past whites tried using drugs to cull them but the plan backfired and they became even more hyper violent and now the largest consumers of said drugs are white young adults.
