POLAND NO!!!
tldr:
>be iraqi refugee, have granted asylum in Switzerland
>go to Poland a few weeks before World's Youth Days
>rent a flat not so far away from main square where WYD is
>police finds traces of explosives
>go to prison for 10 months
>be FREE OF CHARGE, because lack of evidance
>you haven't been in Switzerland for 10 months, you lost your asylum
>a second you walk out of prison, border patrol takes you to a closed detention center for foreigners
>get deported back to Iraq

whole article:

> An Iraqi citizen who was arrested in Poland last summer on suspicion of possessing explosives is being transferred to a closed detention center for foreigners in Poland as he awaits deportation after his case was discontinued this week.

> The case has sparked concern from human rights activists, who worry that a lack of transparency makes it hard to know if due process is been being followed in the 10-month case. They are also concerned that he continues to be treated as a potential terrorist threat even though the investigation has been closed.

> Polish authorities ended their investigation into Sinan Al-Haboubi, 48, due to a lack of evidence, freeing him from a high-security prison Monday. But border guards immediately took him into custody on grounds he lacks permission to be in Poland legally.

>Al-Haboubi, who had been granted asylum in Switzerland, was arrested in the central Polish city of Lodz on July 21 for possessing trace amounts of explosives found on the outside of his luggage. The arrest came amid heightened security ahead of a visit to Poland by the pope.

> A Lodz court ruled Wednesday he can be held for up to 90 days in a detention center for foreigners near Warsaw as he awaits deportation, his lawyer Lukasz Banatkiewicz said.

>After the proceedings, masked border guards escorted Al-Haboubi out in handcuffs and a hood to hide his face.

How are you bullied?

And the funniest part is that this is not the first case like this

> Born to Kurdish and Arabic parents, Ameer Alkhawlany, now 31, came to Poland as a student in 2014, and has had the legal right to live here ever since. By 2016 he was studying for his biological sciences doctorate at Kraków’s Jagiellonian University, having won a scholarship from the Polish Ministry of Education.

> He says that in the same year he was approached by security services, who wanted his cooperation on obtaining information about Muslim immigrants in Poland. Unable and unwilling to provide and obtain such information, he was arrested on October 3. At a closed court hearing, at which the Polish Border Guard service presented a request for detention based on sealed file withheld from Mr Alkhawlany and his lawyer, a judge agreed that the student should be held at a detention centre in Przemyśl and deported within 90 days

> Six months later, and still without formal charge or information about his alleged crime, Mr Alkhawlany remained at the centre. Then, at a court hearing on April 5, a ruling was handed down to the effect that there were no grounds for his detention.

> According to Polish law, that should have been the end of the matter. However, on the same day Mr Alkhwlany was spirited to an unknown airfield by security services and flown to Iraq. Neither the Iraqi embassy in Warsaw, nor Mr Alkhwlany’s lawyer, were informed about the deportation

> Marek Śliz, representing Mr Alkhwlany, said he only learned about the deportation following a phone call from his client’s brother
>>
>deporting mudslime criminals is a good thing
No.
Shoot them in their head for minor crimes, and torture them to death for serious crimes.

I wasn't expecting Australian SJWs to notice Poland being based
>>
>>127857653
They hate Australia's border policies and praise the EU's. Maybe I'll mention the story you posted to stir shit up.

Australia stops all boats attempting to illegally enter the country and locks asylum seekers in indefinite detention offshore.

I know, our interior minister constantly talks about your border policy (that this is a very good policy)

How secure is poland against future pozzing and leftist invasion?

I don't see any strong nationalist or anti EU parties. Law and order look nationalism lite with very soft EU skepticism. The rest of the main parties are centrists or leftists, all pro EU.
