If Richard Spencer isn't controlled opposition, why does he purposely adapt every single stereotype the left has laid out about right wingers?

Who?

Good point. Support Jared Taylor instead.
He is controlled opposition.

Taylor is smart enough to avoid being an embarrassment

He is literally an hero. He embraces the extreme right so the less extreme seems tolerable. It is actually an important role in politics and straight out of "The art of the deal".
If you have an agenda that seems unpalatable to a large part of the electorate, you have operatives who drive an agenda that is way more extreme for you and your position becomes a compromise.
He needs to amp it up, tbqh, I think he knows what he is doing will serve the greater good.

My, personally, none. Some of the imagery might come across as extreme. His willingness to speak openly aginst race mixing like he did on the CNN interview just before the Klan meeting wit W. kamau Bell was probably interpreted as extreme by leftists.
It just give those on the right more room to push things like immigration reform when they have the luxury of saying, "oh well, we are not like that, we don't endorse "THOSE POLICIES", we just want to tighten the border.
Personally, my views are abouts as extreme, as could be and whites would all be living in gated communities going to all white schools, saying prayers in school if it were up to me.
