Why do EU proponents not seem to give a shit about unemployment?

Why don't they care about unemployment? Pretty simple. Same reason why a lot of wealthier Americans don't give a shit.

Look at it from their perspective. The value of the three houses that they own rises by 3% a year each even in times of economic hardship, their shares do well because companies can get skilled employees easily, and they don't even have to clean their own toilets. They are living the dream because other people live to serve them, so naturally they don't want to lose that.

Kids don't want to work. If you work (and I means how up and expect a paycheck only after doing more than surfing your phone all day and taking 2 hours shits) you will get paid. If you don't blow those pay checks on in app purchases, $500 jeans, and retro vans and instead save that money, buy real assets and spend within your means, you'll do great.

the only tax they will pay is when they buy something with government aid, and even then its a net negative

lets assume you were an EU official, if you want to import people with the highest chance fo doing well economically across all sectors and able to pay a nice hefty income tax aka be a net positive financially, you wouldn't import people from the middle east or africa but from somewhere else, from China or South Korea or Japan or Singapore or even North America & preferably with at least a primary education background, thats why what they are doing doesn't even make sense at all
