Go to your local rzeznik and buy the Polish meats, and always eggs. You can buy your grains from the supermarket, the Polish ones mentioned above like biedronka for example.

Most of the places I mention above allow for a personal interaction with the people who provide you food and you can find out where it is sourced from, quality, etc.

You should be cooking everything yourself and eating most things raw anyway. Almost all of the stuff from Lidl and Aldi are packaged and processed.

OP's pizza can be made with your own hands for a similar price if you buy local and in relative bulk.

Here in the US it is difficult to find local food. Anyone living in a city must resort to over priced "farmers markets". Enjoy your "backwards" country polaks - only when it's long gone will you realize how much you cherish it.

How to eat pizza that's not frozen shit without having to order pizza:

Alright, list plebs. You need to take my word for it and go find this frozen pizza. Almost every chain grocery store has a store brand version of this, and it is fucking godlike.

The tastiest frozen pizza I have ever had. Delicious creamy goat cheese discs and mozzarella laced with a fuck load of real spinach. And the crust is thin as fuck so you don't feel like you were shot with a gluten dart after you eat it. Perfect size for a meal and it cooks in like 7 minutes. Keep your freezer stocked with these and you will eat like a god and not feel like a disgusting fat fuck afterwards.
