I used to be a fitness model and I'll share with you some tips:

You need to find the correct amount of meals that work for you and no 8+ meals doesn't increase your metabolism, there are extremely successful fitness models that do 1-2 meals a day and essentially fast for the rest of the time.

You need to eat satiating foods, that means foods high in fiber and foods high in protein, i.e egg whites, chicken, potatoes, fiber cereals. The reality is that you can be far more full eating these sorts of foods than eating garbage high in calories.

The fat:carb ratio is irrelevant, do what works for you, some will feel and function better on higher fats and some on higher carbs, some on med carbs and med fats

Use diet drinks if you get hungry, drink a lot of water, use those water flavoring squirt thingys (they add fruit flavor to your water)

If you want good cutting agents, look into ECA stack or if you really want to get lean, do DNP but follow proper dosages esp with DNP as it can kill you or give you cataracts

Workout doing workouts you enjoy, you don't need to be adonis to look halfway decent relative to the average person

I can add more and if you guys are interested I can answer questions, but it's pretty straight forward, eat filling foods, drink water/diet drinks, workout, use cutting agents as needed.

Feel hungry? Drink water. Normally you aren't actually hungry. you just need to drink water.
Eat till , when you can leave the table and don't feel hungry. Not till you're full.
Excercise, run a few times a week at minimum. You need to be healthy and burn excess calories
Stop eating junk food. Eat clean. Eat a plant based diet with some lean meat like fish or chicken.
