The country is going to, unfortunately, become a cess pit. Plenty of Thai girls in the sex trade are kidnapped Burmese, and the sex industry is taking off and spreading like chlamydia.

Cabbies, servers, bascially anyone who can get tips from Western tourists and business people generally make more than doctors and engineers. So educated people serve you drinks and very educated people leave and don't come back.
