Alright so really America is the best place to go. It's where everyone else from Europe that is high net worth is fleeing to. I got this information from a few places online - a lot of insiders in companies that deal with this kind of stuff and moving assets etc are seeing this trend right now. High net worth individuals and business owners are coming to America.
Now as far as where in America to move to. Keep climate in mind. That is one major thing to look for - as the country is so large, the type of climate you end up in can vary heavily. I saw that you mentioned the Pacific Northwest - a beautiful area, but points taken away due to the fact that for maybe 5-6 months out of the year there is no sunlight and it is constantly raining. This seems similar to English weather though, from what I have heard at least.
A lot of Europeans are coming to Florida for various reasons - cheap houses, low taxes, friendly to businesses.. but the climate is almost tropical. It's very humid during the summer. If you don't like humidity I would steer clear of the entire Southeastern region.

By your criteria, it pretty much has to be America. The question is which state. They are all very different.

Top picks would be Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. Spectacular scenery, mostly white/conservative/libertarian, low population, culture of guns and prepping. This area will be America's last stand. Make sure you have water rights. Be sure to make friends with the locals. Say you put most of your savings into buying your land (just in case anyone gets any ideas... shouldn't really be a problem but it's a good precaution pretty much worldwide).
