Just start reading up on it. There's no formal conversion ritual I'm aware of. You need to find the gods/goddesses that you want to live in the spirit of and devote yourself to them. I haven't done that yet. It's a serious thing and I want to learn more and better myself prior to doing that. I was going to recommend the book in pic related, but the price skyrocketed since I bought it just a few months ago. If you're interested in Germanic/Norse paganism, Stephen McNallen also has a yt channel with some good videos on it. He recently partnered with Red Ice for a segment called "Wolf Age" about the rise of Odin/the Wotan archetype. Varg's books are pretty useful in understanding the broader context and meaning of general European paganism, and which gods and goddesses compare between different regions/languages.
Norse-mytgology.org is tge best dor understanding pagan theology, and I highly recommend Dan McCoy's essay "The Love of Destiny: The Sacred and the Profane in Germanic Polytheism." it really explains tge importance of the distinction between polytheism, Christianity, Judaism, and Rationalism in a pretty astounding way.
